Retirement & Pension

Remote offers an optional Retirement plan, designed as a Unit Linked plan to provide a flexible retirement savings solution. This is different from a traditional pension plan and provides employees with the opportunity to invest in various funds. Remote provides five contribution levels, with company contributions of up to 8% and employee contributions of up to 4%. Employees also have the option to make additional voluntary contributions, allowing them to tailor their plan to meet individual financial objectives. Please note, once a Retirement benefit is offered, it cannot be revoked due to acquired rights. When retirement benefits are offered, they must be provided equally to all employees in the respective country. All employees are automatically enrolled in the Cobee platform, which is mandatory for the Basic Retirement Plan, meal and nursery services. This means that customers cannot opt out of the Cobee benefit or waive its associated cost.
  • Basic

    The Basic Tier allows employees to voluntarily contribute to their retirement plan without any company match.

  • Standard

    The Standard Tier includes a 2% company contribution and a 1% employee contribution, totaling 3%.

  • Plus

    The Plus Tier features a 4% company contribution and a 2% employee contribution, resulting in a 6% total contribution.

  • Premium

    The Premium Tier offers a 6% company contribution and a 3% employee contribution, leading to a 9% total contribution.

  • Platinum

    The Platinum Tier maximises retirement savings with an 8% company contribution and a 4% employee contribution, resulting in a 12% total contribution.
